Channel View is one of Wales’ most significant estate regeneration programmes, transforming a well-established community through the delivery of 354 highly energy-efficient, low-carbon mixed-tenure homes, alongside improved public spaces and enhanced community connectivity.
Delivered in partnership with Cardiff Council, the regeneration programme will replace the existing 180 properties on the estate and create a sustainable, vibrant neighbourhood for current and future residents. Phase 1 is currently delivering 126 homes for residents aged over 55 across two landmark buildings.
The project has already received industry recognition, including an NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award and a Considerate Constructors Scheme National Bronze Award, demonstrating excellence in quality, sustainability and community-focused delivery.

Parking
Parking is available on site. Upon arrival, attendees will be directed to the designated parking areas. Please allow sufficient time to park and walk to the Community Cabin for the 1.40pm start.
PPE Requirements
As this event includes a live construction site tour, 5-point PPE is required. Please bring high-visibility vest, hard hat, steel toe-capped boots. Gloves and safety glasses will be provided on site.
