Georgia Thomson is Business Development Lead at Services Design Solution (SDS), with over 10 years’ experience across the built environment. Her career spans facilities management, environmental services and property, giving her a well-rounded view of how the industry comes together to deliver for clients and communities.
She holds a First-Class degree in Business Management from Swansea University and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Cardiff University. Starting out in retail, Georgia quickly moved into management, developing a strong commercial mindset and people-focused approach that still shapes her work today.
Her experience includes roles at Lancer Scott Facilities Management and Englobe UK, where she has focused on building relationships, driving opportunities and supporting the delivery of complex projects across both public and private sectors.
Georgia has been actively involved with Women in Property for over six years, including serving as Chair of the South Wales branch. She is passionate about the way the built environment unites people and is a strong advocate for greater diversity and equal opportunities across the industry.
As new Chair of the CEWales South East Best Practice Club, she is focused on bringing people together to share knowledge, strengthen collaboration and drive best practice across the sector
