CEWales site visit to 71/72 Kingsway with Bouygues & Swansea Council
The South West Wales Best Practice Club were invited to a presentation and tour of 71/72 Kingsway, very kindly organised by Bouygues UK & Swansea Council.
Located on the site of the former Oceana nightclub, 71/72 The Kingsway will include 114,000 square feet of commercial floorspace, providing flexible co-working and office opportunities for innovative tech, digital and creative businesses.
Once complete, this will be a five-storey development worth £32.6 million a year to Swansea’s economy.
The 71/72 Kingsway development is part-funded by the £1.3bn Swansea Bay City Deal and supported by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government.
