South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework Market Engagement Event Wednesday 22nd May 2019
Carmarthenshire County Council, in association with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council and Swansea Council wishes to undertake a procurement exercise to establish a Framework Agreement for use by public and voluntary sector organisations based in the counties of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Powys and Swansea
South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework Market Engagement Event - Wednesday 22nd May 2019 – 10am to 1pm – Quinell Lounge, Parc Y Scarlets, Llanelli
These organisations include, but are not limited to, Central Government departments and their agencies, non-departmental public bodies, devolved administrations, NHS bodies, Local Authorities, the Police, the Fire Service, the voluntary sector, charities and private sector organisations procuring on behalf of these bodies.
Carmarthenshire County Council (as Lead Authority), on behalf of the South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework (SWWRCF), invites construction companies, contractors and suppliers interested in becoming part of the third iteration of the South West Wales Regional Contractor’s Framework (SWWRCF) 2020, to attend a market engagement event which will be held on Wednesday 22nd May 2019. The event will be held between 10:00am and 1:00pm (registration from 9.30am) in the Quinell Lounge, Parc Y Scarlets, Llanelli, SA14 9UZ.
This market engagement event will provide information on the proposed Framework which will support capital development and infrastructure across the South West Wales Region, until 2024. The Framework will be fully defined at the event and the procurement process outlined. There will also be opportunities to ask questions on matters relating to the tender exercise.
You are encouraged to attend the event to obtain further information. Please note that due to anticipated demand, spaces will be limited to 2 representatives per company.

Following the main market engagement event, Business Wales will be holding a drop-in Sell2Wales / eTenderWales Workshop at 1:30pm in the same venue for interested contractors.

Mae Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin ar y cyd â Chyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Castell-Nedd Port Talbot, Cyngor Sir Penfro, Cyngor Sir Ceredigion a Chyngor Abertawe yn dymuno cynnal cyfarfod caffael i sefydlu Cytundeb Fframwaith at ddefnydd sefydliadau sector cyhoeddus a gwirfoddol yn siroedd Caerfyrddin, Ceredigion, Castell-Nedd Port Talbot, Sir Benfro, Powys ac Abertawe. Mae’r sefydliadau hyn yn cynnwys ond nid yn gyfyngedig i adrannau’r Llywodraeth Ganolog a’u hasiantaethau, cyrff cyhoeddus anadrannol, gweinyddiaethau datganoledig, cyrff y GIG, Awdurdodau Lleol, yr Heddlu, y Gwasanaeth Tân, y sector gwirfoddol, elusennau a sefydliadau sector preifat sy’n caffael ar ran y cyrff hyn.
Mae Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin (fel Awdurdod Arweiniol), ar ran Fframwaith Contractwyr Rhanbarthol De-orllewin Cymru, yn gwahodd cwmnïau adeiladu, contractwyr a chyflenwyr sydd â diddordeb mewn bod yn rhan o drydedd fersiwn o Fframwaith Contractwyr Rhanbarthol De-orllewin Cymru 2020, i fynychu digwyddiad ymgysylltu â’r farchnad ar ddydd Mercher 22ain o Fai 2019. Cynhelir y digwyddiad rhwng 10:00yb ac 1:00yp (cofrestru o 9.30yb) yn Ystafell Quinell, Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli, SA14 9UZ.
Bydd y digwyddiad hyn yn darparu gwybodaeth am y Fframwaith arfaethedig a fydd yn cefnogi datblygiadau cyfalaf a seilwaith ar draws Rhanbarth De-orllewin Cymru hyd at 2024. Bydd y Fframwaith yn cael ei ddiffinio’n llawn yn y digwyddiad a chaiff y broses gaffael ei hamlinellu ar yr un pryd. Yn ogystal, bydd cyfleoedd i ofyn cwestiynau ar faterion yn ymwneud â’r ymarferiad tendr.
