PBA Survey to explore supplier's views and experience of PBAs

Management of cash flow is transparent under a PBA, in that the contractor and supply chain benefit from having the certainty that money has been paid into the PBA in advance of the date on which payment falls due. The advantages of PBAs are very clear however their use by the sector is relatively unclear, this is why CEWales wants to find out how commonplace the use of PBA’s is.
