There were over 400 CEWales supporters at the Celtic Manor on Friday 14th June to witness some outstanding winners, some brilliant highly commended and one outstanding achiever. What stood out for us as organisers was the desire to share best practice, ideas and celebrate not just best practice but Wales itself.
