As Health and Wellbeing Champion, he organised a wellbeing BBQ, set up a running club, and created a vegetable patch to enhance morale.

Charlie also leads on Biosite management, improving site efficiency and security, and has championed digital tools such as HoloBuilder, Revisto, and QR codes to give operatives access to the site model from specific locations. He mentors new team members on safety protocols and digital systems, strengthening team capability.

He actively engages with the local community, coordinating events and charity initiatives, notably raising £3,520 for the Llamau homeless charity through a quiz night. Charlie also leads sustainability initiatives, implementing waste reduction strategies, eco-friendly materials, and promoting sustainable construction practices.
