Ruth Griffin has over 17 years' experience of construction and engineering transactional work. She acts for all parties involved in construction & engineering projects. This familiarity with the interests of the variety of stakeholders involved in such projects means Ruth effectively and efficiently supports her clients in managing the variety risks arising, via the agreement of the multitude of contractual documentation involved, in a manner that reflects her clients' interests and objectives. One of Ruth's areas of focus is supporting organisations in both the private and public sectors with the management of and investment in their property assets, including one-off, capital expenditure projects, and long-term expansion programmes, guiding them through what is often unfamiliar territory.
