The tragedy that was Grenfell rightly caused much deep thinking in the construction industry and government. The raft of legislation arising from that terrible incident is so necessary to prevent a further similar occurrence. However, they are already causing enormous distress in the PII market, forcing some existing practitioners without previous poor records to consider leaving the industry.
