Coastal are exploring new and innovative ways of engaging with consultants as we seek to make ourselves a more attractive client in the marketplace, a client with whom suppliers want to work. Our intention is to start this process of engagement with an event at Coastal’s Swansea HQ. 

This is an opportunity for you to better understand Coastal’s future workload in the context of wider work programmes across the Swansea Bay region and beyond. Participants in this event will be expected to actively engage in the afternoon’s discussions as we jointly seek a better way of doing business. 

In terms of anticipated outcomes from the event these include: 

• An understanding of Coastal’s anticipated future workload
• An understanding by suppliers of the client’s expectations 
• A better understanding of the needs of suppliers on Coastal’s behalf
