Practical delivery of low carbon refurbishment in Wales – Cardiff

This event will look at the challenges in meeting the refurbishment agenda in Wales, how will we deliver the Carbon 80 targets and what is required to meet those standards in the traditional welsh house. It will address the technical, financial and human constraints, as well as investigating issues such skills shortages, funding and infrastructure.
