The NEC3 suite of contracts is now widely recognised and used, particularly in the public sector.  It has been used very successfully for project managing construction and engineering works but there are pitfalls, sometimes unexpected, for the unwary. 

Constructing Excellence in Wales in collaboration with Eversheds is hosting a seminar to explore some of these issues in relation to the procurement of projects and during the course of construction.  The seminar will also address the ways in which best practice can ensure that problems are avoided so that employers, contractors and project managers deliver projects successfully using the NEC3 contracts.

The cost for this event including refreshments is £30 (plus VAT) for CEW Club members and £40 (plus VAT) for non members. Delegates may cancel their registration and will receive a credit for the fees paid less 50% as long as we are informed two weeks before the event.  Cancellations after this will be charged in full. Substitution of delegates can be made at any time.
