The ESG goals they set are defined based on the most important aspects related to their business and its operations, for example, carbon emissions reduction to achieve Net Zero Carbon by 2030. Their goals are based on the principles of SMART; Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. They have established ESG metrics that allow for the quantifying and measuring of their ESG goals. These metrics were strategically chosen based how accurately they allow them to visualise commitments through data, optimise what they are measuring, and also how well they display transparency.
