Tony Norris

Recognised as an industry expert, Tony brings over 30 years’ experience in infrastructure delivery and governance. He is committed to strengthening strategic oversight and promoting collaboration across the construction sector. As Chair of the South East Wales Club for more than a decade, Tony has fostered a strong network of professionals, helping to shape the regional agenda and champion the principles of Constructing Excellence at both local and national levels. Tony is a Member of Geldards LLP and heads up the National Infrastructure & Construction Team. He specialises in all parts of project work from inception and contract drafting through to dispute resolution. He has been an accredited Adjudicator for 20 years. His clients include central government bodies, local and other public authorities, regulatory bodies as well as acting for specialist private sector contractors from UK and Europe in the infrastructure & construction space.
